Why do I need to be Geolocated?
As part of the Terms of our Gaming License, we are required to ensure that all patrons playing on our site are located within the State of New Jersey.
To ensure this, we use Geo location software, which checks our patron's location via their Internet Connection.
You can browse the site and manage your account (including deposit, withdraw, and set limits) anywhere in the United States, but you will only be able to wager while confirmed as being located within the State of New Jersey.
The Geolocation plug-in will activate when you are logged in and select ‘PLAY’ on a game. Once you are located and confirmed within the borders of NJ, you can start playing. If we are unable to locate you within the State boundaries, regrettably, you will not be allowed to wager.
