Verifying your location on Desktop
To pass the Geolocation check, we will need to verify that you are physically located within the State of New Jersey.
Before proceeding to download the plugin, please make sure of the following:
- Your device has a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. Ethernet connection is not supported.
- Your preferred browser has Pop-Ups enabled.
- Your preferred browser has Location Services as ‘Allowed.’
- No software that alters locations are installed on your device.
For Desktop/Laptop devices, please follow these steps:
- Log into your MONOPOLY™ Casino account.
- Select the game you wish to play. Make sure you are selecting ‘Play’.
- You will receive a Pop-Up prompting you to download the Geolocation Plugin.
- Once downloaded, you will need to run the program and complete the installation.
- After installation is completed, go back to your browser page and refresh.
- Go to your selected game, and you should now be passing the Geolocation Check and be able to place a wager.
