2-Factor Authorization
Here at MONOPOLY™ Casino, our patron account security is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we are pleased to confirm that the 2-factor mobile authentication is a part of the login process. This process will ensure that it's really you signing in and adds an extra step to protect your personal information.
To complete your 2-factor authentication, all you need to do is the following:
- Confirm your registered phone number on file.
- 6-Digit PIN Code will be sent via SMS.
- A 2-minute Timer will start, you will need to enter the PIN Code.
- If the timer runs out, please select 'Resend Code' for a new code to be sent.
- Enter the PIN Code. You will now be able to proceed logging into your account.
My 2-factor authorization has become locked. What do I do?
We understand it can be frustrating to be locked out of your account.
Please note that for your account security, if the 6-digit PIN Code is not entered correctly after 3 attempts, then the account will become locked. Not to worry! Our Customer Support Team can help regain access to your account.
I no longer have access to the phone number on file. How can I update?
To update your phone number on file, you will need to contact us via Live Chat. Kindly be advised that we cannot accept phone number changes via email.
I don't have a phone number. Can I use my email address?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your email address for 2-factor Authentication. You will need to have a working phone number that can receive SMS text to receive the PIN code.
