How do I close my account?
We are sorry to see you go.
If you wish to close your account you simply need to contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team. You can contact us by emailing support@nj.monopolycasinous.com or by using our friendly Live Chat service.
In order to improve our service, we would be grateful if you could tell us the reason as to why you wish to close your account, and if there is any aspect of the site you would like to see improved.
If you do not wish to close your account completely, you also have the option to place your account under a Cool Off. This is a fixed-term closure between 3 days and 4 weeks that you can set yourself from the Responsible Gaming page. Once a Cool Off is set it cannot be ended prematurely.
