Unable to Login or Reset Password

If you have been unable to log in and have had 3 failed attempts, your account will become locked for your protection. You will need to contact Customer Support to unlock your account.
To reset your password, you can do so by clicking on 'Forgot Password?' on the login screen. For instructions on how to reset your password, please click here.
I am unable to reset my password. What should I do?
If you have tried to reset your password more than 10 times and gotten your details incorrect, your account will be blocked for 24 hours for your security. You will need to wait for 24 hours before you can attempt to reset your password again.
My account has been blocked for 24 hours, what should I do?
Your account has been blocked for security reasons due to there being multiple failed attempts to reset your password. This is nothing to worry about and is simply to protect your security.
Once 24 hours have passed, you will then be able to reset your password on-site by clicking on 'Forgot Password?' from the Home Page. You will need to enter your registered email address to receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Once completed, you will be able to log in with your new password and enjoy the games!
