The W2G form will automatically populate if you win  $1,200 or more on eligible games (like slots, bingo, keno, or video poker).

To view and download your W2G Form, you can go to Menu > Wallet > W2G History. 

Just a reminder, you'll need to complete the Form W-2G for tax purposes.
