- Session Reminders: Receive notifications about how long you've been playing.
- Account Cool Off: Take a break for 3 days up to 4 weeks.
- Self-Exclude: Block access to your account for a specific period.
- Account Closure: Temporarily close your account until you’re ready to return.
When you set daily, weekly, and monthly limits, please remember:
- Daily limits are based on the previous 24 hours.
- Weekly limits reflect the last 7 days.
- Monthly limits are calculated over the last 28 days.
To set a limit:
- Click the ‘Menu’ button at the top right.
- Scroll to ‘Play Responsibly.’
- Select ‘Safer Gaming Tools’.
- Choose your desired limits: Deposit, Spend, Session, Account Cool Off, or Account Closure.
- Enter your amounts for Deposit, Spend, and Casino Wager.
- Select the duration for Session Limit and Account Cool Off.
- Review your changes; they will count backward from the set period.
- Confirm your selection.
