Requests to decrease limits are implemented immediately, with no waiting period. For example, if you have a $25 daily spend limit and want to reduce it to $20, the new limit takes effect right after you click ‘Confirm.’ You’ll have the opportunity to review all changes before finalizing them, as shown below:

Increase & Removal Rules 
Requests to increase or remove a limit take effect after the selected limit period has passed.  
Example:If you increase any of your limits, then a delay period is automatically triggered. A new daily limit would come into effect after 24 hours, a new weekly limit would come into effect after 7 days and a new monthly limit would come into effect after 30 days.

*You will be shown the exact date and time of any changes on screen once you have confirmed.*

Note: Customer Support cannot override any limits you have set.

Important: 
• Spend Limits do not restrict your ability to deposit or withdraw funds. 
• Gameplay activity, canceled withdrawals, and winnings from wagers do not count toward the limit.
