How to disable blocked software on Mac devices
We will not be able to verify your location if you have a VPN or Remote Desktop Software on your device or any software that emulates a Proxy server.
You will need to disable these while playing the games.
For Mac, to disable the most common types of software please take a look at the following instructions:

Once this is disabled, please try the games again, as you should be able to access them.
What should I do if I still can't access the games?
If you are still unable to play our games and you are getting the same error message, then it may be that although they are closed, these programs are still running in the background and are blocking us from locating you.
For a Mac, you can check if these programs are still running and force these programs to quit from the Activity Monitor. You can find the Activity Monitor by double-clicking the Macintosh HD icon on your desktop, selecting the Applications option, and then opening the Utilities folder.
If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to remove them from your computer entirely.
You can find the program in your Applications folder and right-click to choose the option to 'Move to the Trash'. To open the Applications section, simply double-click the Macintosh HD icon on your desktop and then select 'Applications'.
