To enable pop-ups on Google Chrome browser:

1. Click on the alert icon that will appear within the far right of the address
2. Select ‘Always allow pop-ups from....’
3. Press ‘Done’.

Alternatively, if no alert icon appears:

1. On your computer, open Chrome .
2. At the top right corner of your window, click More and scroll down to Settings.
3. Go to 'Privacy and Security' and then click Site Settings.
4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Choose the option you want as your default setting.
