Starts: 
When you set a Session Limit for the first time, your timer begins as soon as you click ‘Save Session Limit’ and confirm. Session limits count backwards from the start of the current session before the limit is set.
If you already have a limit in place, each new session starts when you log in. Your session will end when you log out or are automatically logged out due to inactivity.  

If your limit expires while you're in a game, you’ll be allowed to complete that round. After that, you'll be logged out and unable to play again until your limit resets.

Resets: 

Your session limit resets 24 hours after your most recent play session ends. This means that after you finish playing, you'll have to wait 24 hours before you can start a new session.

Examples:

Single Session: If you play for a full hour from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, your session limit will reset at 11:00 AM the following day. So, your next session can start anytime after 11:00 AM the next day.

Split Sessions: If you play 30 minutes at 10:00 AM and another 30 minutes at 8:00 PM, your session limit will reset at 8:00 PM the next day. So, your next session can start anytime after 8:00 PM the next day.
