If you've recently submitted your documents to verify your account then rest assured, we're on the case. It can sometimes take our Verification Team up to 72 hours to process your documents and a further 24 hours for our Payments Team to release any outstanding withdrawals from your account. We understand that it can be frustrating waiting for the process to be completed, but your account security is really important to us and we'll get you verified as soon as we possibly can.

As the verification process is undertaken by our Verification Team, our Customer Support team will not be able to provide any timescales on how long the process takes or where your documents sit in the queue. So hang tight, and as soon as we've checked everything over we'll reach out to you by email to confirm either that your account has been verified, or if we need anything else.
