When will I receive my withdrawal?
Thank you for choosing to play with us!
We truly appreciate your patience and want to keep you informed about your withdrawal.
Once a withdrawal is requested on the site, it will appear as Pending in your account. We aim to process most withdrawals within 24 hours, but the time it takes for the funds to reach you will depend on your selected withdrawal method.
Please be aware that not all withdrawal methods are available in every state. Processing times by method are as follows:
- VIP Preferred (ACH/e-Check): Processed within 24 hours; funds typically arrive in 3–5 business days.
- Cash at Casino (Cage Withdrawal): Requests made during business hours (7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.) are often reviewed in real time. Requests outside of business hours may take longer. Once approved, you may visit the casino cage to collect your funds. Please review our full Cage Process for additional details.
- Visa® Direct, Mastercard®, Discover: May post immediately, but please allow up to 24 hours for availability.
- PayPal®: Typically available within 24 hours after processing.
- Apple Pay: Often credited instantly, but may take up to 24 hours to appear in your balance.
You can track your withdrawal by visiting your Transaction History under the Wallet section of your account. Once processed, it will be marked as Successful when the funds have left our system.
We’ll also send you an email confirmation once your withdrawal is processed—or if we need any additional information to proceed.
