Understanding Wagering Issues After Changing Your Loss Limit
You can request to change your limit at any time! We want all our players to enjoy their experience and game responsibly within their comfort levels, which is why waiting periods apply to certain limit changes. This approach helps us promote Responsible Gaming for both limit increases and decreases.
Here’s how it works:
Decrease Rules
A request to decrease your Loss Limit takes effect immediately.
Example: If your current Daily Loss Limit is $500 and you lower it to $300, the new limit applies as soon as you click ‘Confirm’.
Note: Any losses incurred before the change will count toward the new limit.
Increase & Removal Rules
Requests to increase or remove a limit take effect after the selected limit period has passed.
Example:: A new daily limit would come into effect after 24 hours, a new weekly limit would come into effect after 7 days and a new monthly limit would come into effect after 30 days.
*You will be shown the exact date and time of any changes on screen once you have confirmed.*
Note: Customer Support cannot override any established limits.
