My game is frozen. What should I do?

If your game has frozen, you can try restarting it by exiting and then reopening it. Don’t worry—you won’t lose your progress or turn. The game will resume right where you left off and complete the round.
We also recommend checking that your internet connection is strong and stable. If you’re using a mobile device, make sure your WiFi and Location Services are enabled. For desktop users, clearing your cache and cookies can also help.
