Why do I need to download the plugin again?

If you’re being asked to download the plugin again, it may mean it’s not fully installed or running on your browser. To fix this, try using a different browser like Google Chrome and ensure any security software isn’t blocking the installation. Also, check that the plugin is enabled:
- In Chrome, type chrome://plugins in the address bar and make sure the ‘Always Allow’ box next to GeoComply is checked.
- If the plugin isn’t listed, it might mean it was downloaded but not installed—check your Downloads (click the three-dot menu in Chrome’s top right, then ‘Downloads’), find the plugin file, and double-click it to complete installation.
